As the Chief Product Owner/Manager for Common Cloud Enablers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the budget, vision, strategy, and roadmap for our multi-cloud foundation and infrastructure, APIs, developer experience, and test automation. You will also nurture the performance, development, and well-being of your direct reports.

Job Duties
In this role, you will define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cloud domain, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will streamline PostNord’s cloud hosting footprint, container platform, and API gateway setup. Managing and prioritizing the domain backlog will be one of your key responsibilities. You will provide feedback and guidance to teams, ensuring that deliveries meet quality standards and customer expectations. Leading and coaching your direct reports, you will foster a culture of trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
You will also handle administrative tasks such as hiring, onboarding, salary, budget, and reporting. Regular performance reviews and career development plans will be part of your routine. Representing the Cloud domain, you will communicate progress and achievements. You will also lead and execute sourcing strategy and governance in cooperation with Vendor Management. Travel may be required to meet with teams in other locations.

We Are Looking For You Who Have
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in a large-scale agile environment. You also have at least 3 years of experience in people management, team leadership, or coaching within an IT context. Additionally, you have at least 1 year of FinOps experience in a leading or cloud engineer position. A strong understanding of software development, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial, with proficiency in English and Swedish/Danish.
Meritorious Experience
It would be advantageous if you have a deep understanding of customer needs, business goals, and the technical capabilities of the domain. Experience with agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LESS) and strong knowledge of the logistics industry and market trends are beneficial. Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience working in IT within a large enterprise (over 1,000 employees) and have worked with Developer Experience in a multi-cloud environment.
