Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments. Provide actionable insights to drive business strategy.
• Data Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to present findings to stakeholders.
• Customer Segmentation & Profiling: Analyze customer data to develop market segments, personas, and trends, helping tailor products/services to meet customer needs.
• Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Use historical data to forecast trends, sales, and potential market shifts, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency with analytical tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
• Experience working with CRM systems, Google Analytics, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of market research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and consumer panels.
• Ability to interpret complex data and transform it into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Package:
