How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS in Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields,
• Agile business development experience, including research, design, project planning, requirements analysis, documentation, implementation/development, testing, UAT (user acceptance test) and launch (release),
• Proficient in gathering, eliciting, negotiating requirements from various stakeholders, and convert them into business analysis outputs (such as use cases, functional analysis, technical analysis, solution design, acceptance test plan, etc.) to meet business needs or solve problems,
• Playing an active role in developing new processes, improving existing processes, overseeing integration points, managing end-to-end projects, and ensuring effective coordination,
• Ability to contribute to technical design and development to meet all business requirements,
• Proactive problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset,
• Strong team player with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and coordination skills,
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams, workflow drawing and creating mockups to visualize business requirements.
• Highly self-motivated and self-organized.
• Openness to change, eagerness to learn and willingness to follow new trends.
