ICT/IT Senior Specialist

We’re looking for a “can-do” tech savvy who knows their way around technology and can keep everything running smoothly and smartly.

If you’re good at establishing/managing IT infrastructure systems, solving tech problems, and staying on top of the latest tools, this role might be perfect for you.

Real estate industry knowledge and region’s experience is a big plus.

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

·      Build, rebuild, and manage the overall IT & Communications infrastructure of the company.

·      Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS) and system applications and tools.

·      Setting up and managing hardware, software, and other tools.

·      Ensure backups are performed regularly and implement disaster recovery protocols.

·      Assess the overall functionality and efficiency of systems and help automate manual works for cross functional teams.

·      Supporting our digital projects—this could mean integrating new systems, troubleshooting issues, or advising on the best tools to use.

·      Experience with property management software, CRM tools, and real estate industry platforms or portals is a strong advantage.

Networking & Security

·      Expert knowledge of network systems, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.

·      Overseeing network administration, handling configurations, monitoring, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

·      Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

·      Keeping data secure and making sure our systems are up to date with the latest security protocols.

Email & Communication Systems

·      Manage corporate email systems, including setting up user accounts, creating distribution groups, and configuring email clients on both desktop and mobile devices.

·      Troubleshoot email issues, including spam filters and deliverability in email marketing campaigns.

·      Good knowledge of CRM & marketing automation tools.

Communication Skills

·      Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand requests, explain technical concepts easily, and provide solutions.

·      A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Security, CISSP, or equivalent, are a plus.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
