You will be...

• MV and LV Switchgear technical knowledge, customer and site experience
• Execute projects: plan, assess and mitigate risks, monitor progress and budget.
• Manage complete job process from order preparation through financial close-out and provide technical support.
• Following up the execution steps (project approval, procurement, manufacturing, claims, variations, delivery, site activities, etc.) of projects and ensuring their execution as per agreed milestones and project targets
• Provide the status and contract schedule and needs about the projects to plant functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, S&C and Planning
• Coordinate the communication between customer and factory internal departments
• Perform regularly progress reporting of all projects by the consolidation of all PM KPI’s according to the SPS PM requirements.
• Managing Direct ETO (direct customer) contracts as per contract and SE financial rules and procedures

You will be perfect fit if you have..

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical&Electronics Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Turkish and English.

Customer, supplier, and sub-contractor management experience

Self-motivated and challenge the business with high energy,

Systematic problem-solving behavior

• Excellent cooperation skills with analytical skills
• Having sense of detail, assessing risks and able take initiative and responsibility
• Collaborate with different disciplines and departments
