Software Consultant

Our big tech client is looking for a Technical Solution Consultant with expertise in SQL for data driven operations and great knowledge in how APIs work. You will get an opportunity to work in a global set-up support the client's Advertising Products and their users.

Responsibilities:

• As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will become an expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way.
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of our advertising solution
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services

Requirements:

• At least 2 years as a Software Engineer/Technical Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in SQL and APIs.
• At least 1 year in a client/user facing role where you would have held responsibilities for liaising and/or troubleshooting technical issues related to a product/application.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP is a big plus.

The role will on an initial 6-month contract role that is renewable.
