AI/ML Researcher

We are partnering an established organization, to identify an experienced AI/ML Researcher to work on cutting-edge research projects, develop new algorithms, and contribute to the advancement of AI initiatives. You will be involved in designing and conducting scientific experiments, utilizing core AI/ML knowledge to develop novel AI solutions in cloud or on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

Reporting to an AI Lead, this role will conduct innovative research in artificial intelligence and machine learning, focusing on areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, and automatic speech recognition. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms and models using diverse learning paradigms. Collaboration with partners and engineering teams is essential to translate research into real-world applications and product development. Regular communication with research leadership regarding scientific progress and direction is expected. The successful candidate will contribute to other program projects and collaborate with engineering to transition researched technologies to higher technology readiness levels.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with at least 3 years of experience in a research and development environment. You will have strong experience in Computer Vision, NLP, LLM, GenAI and Analytics. You will be proficient in Python and C/C++ with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.
