What The Role Is

You lead and provide guidance on Human Resource (HR), welfare, and engagement matters within the Command, ensuring optimal manpower staffing, resource planning, and performance management for all servicemen while also managing disciplinary cases.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Lead and guide staff on HR, welfare, and engagement matters
  • Ensure optimal manpower staffing and resource planning for all servicemen in the Command
  • Anchor performance management and career management for all regulars
  • Manage and monitor all disciplinary cases in the Command
  • Cover the duties of Head Manpower (Hd MP) in their absence


Challenge(s)

  • Keeping abreast of HR initiatives to stay relevant and ensure quality service delivery
  • Routinely reviewing and updating work processes to align with prevailing policies
  • Balancing personal preferences of regulars with organisational needs in posting matters


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 6 years of HR experience
  • Good communication and public relations skills
  • Strong time management and planning abilities
  • Strong leadership traits
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Capacity to work under stressful environments
