What is the purpose of this role in the delivery of our mission?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and booking trades (both offline and online), communicating with clients and partners, and ensuring seamless operations across teams. This role requires a solid understanding of foreign exchange, currency conversions, and a keen interest in learning about stablecoin markets.

What are the key responsibilities / activities of the role:

• Manage the booking of trades both offline and online, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company protocols.
• Monitor and reconcile trade tickets, ensuring all information is up to date in the system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners regarding trade-related inquiries.
• Provide timely updates on trade statuses and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Ensure trade tickets are accurate and complete, and all necessary information is passed to relevant teams.
• Generate reports on trading activities and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Understand foreign exchange operations, including currency conversions and market dynamics.
• Stay informed on stablecoin trends and developments, with a willingness to expand expertise in this area.
• Work closely with trading, finance, and operations teams to maintain seamless workflow and information exchange.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in trading operations.
  
  

What are the essential skills, qualifications and experience required for the role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in trading, foreign exchange, or financial operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of currency conversions and foreign exchange principles.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about stablecoin markets and blockchain technology.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; experience with trading platforms is a plus.
