Summary

Cloud Lifecycle Management Application Management team is providing central tools and architectures for provisioning and operating various SAP Cloud solutions

SAP’s Cloud Landscape Directory (CLD) service is providing a business inventory of SAP’s cloud landscape across all products and platforms and serves as an important data provider for many SAP-internal and customer-facing tools and services.

We are looking for talented (Associate) Developer to join our innovative scrum team helping us to extend SAP’s Cloud Landscape Directory service on the ABAP platform using RAP programming model and on node.js/K8S using CAP programming model.

Role

As a Developer in Cloud Landscape Directory team, you will:

• Work on the ‘full application stack’ from business object modelling up to the user interface.
• Discuss requirements with our stakeholders and identify appropriate solution designs.
• Implement the solution together with your CLD team members in a collaborative approach and in an international, cross-cultural environment.
• Utilize agile development practices to deliver highest quality.
• Follow a DevOps approach to ensure a seamless deployment and operation of our production environments.
  
  

Role Requirement

• 2 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Very good development expertise in object-oriented design & programming in an object-oriented language (preferably in ABAP OO).
• Experienced in scrum and agile development practices.
• Profound knowledge of cloud architecture, web technologies and security aspects.
• Having skills in RAP framework and/or CAP framework is beneficial.
• Good analytical skills and strong customer focus.
• Experience in test-driven development approach
