Duration: 12 months + extension

Location: Zürich - 4 days onsite

Workload percentage: 100%

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems using SRE best practices.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, focusing on root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual toil.
• Ensure effective load balancing and scaling strategies to handle varying traffic demands.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and availability.

Your Skills:

• At least 5 years experience as SRE
• Java background
• Monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, AppDynamics)
• CI/CD
• Knowledge in troubleshooting, scaling, load balancing, SRE best practices
• Automation
• Fluency in English is a must
