About the Role:

Location: Adelaide - Candidate need to be based in Adelaide with the abiloty to go on-site

Duration: 6 months + 6-9 month extension thereafter

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the technical backlog, writing detailed technical user stories, and ensuring that the development team has all the necessary information to execute tasks efficiently.

This role will work closely with the Product Manager and the development team to streamline processes and improve sprint planning and execution.

Experience in Retail is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize a well-groomed backlog of technical tasks and user stories.
• Technical Documentation: Write detailed technical user stories, API specifications, and other documentation to ensure developers have clear and concise requirements.
• Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the Product Manager and development team to plan and execute sprints effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and the Product Manager to gather and clarify requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the development team.
• Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Service Design: Assist in the design and documentation of services to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

This role requires an ASAP start and the candidate should be based in Adelaide. Visa sponsorship is not available, so you must have full working rights in Australia to be considered.
