We invite an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. You'll be responsible for overseeing application systems, architecture, and design, ensuring seamless integration between software and hardware. You'll drive solutions focused on microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native technologies while ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization across the platform.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 5-12 years in software architecture and design
• 5+ years of development experience with Java/Kotlin/C#
• 5+ years designing microservices and APIs
• 2+ years of Team Lead experience
• Strong knowledge of application security best practices
• Experience building highly available systems
• Strong database and query skills
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership in defining technical direction and driving successful driving execution
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

🧩Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution

In this role, you'll work with stakeholders to deliver high-performance solutions that meet business goals, ensuring success through strategic planning, robust architecture, and ongoing optimization.

• Work with clients and teams to design IT roadmaps and define system architecture
• Analyze clients' business requirements, recommend improvements, and design system updates
• Research new technologies to assess compliance with system requirements, recommending solutions for system needs and process improvements
• Assists with RFPs, vendor selection, and future system needs planning
• Provide technical architecture support, guide teams on software/hardware requirements, and assist with infrastructure planning
• Apply knowledge of procedures and security standards (PCI) to write/modify software for use with multi-application/user database systems
• Maintain systems by configuring software/hardware, tracking errors, and troubleshooting
• Gather feedback to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for secure, high-performance architectures
