Data Scientist

We need a Senior Data Scientist, ideally a Team and Technical Leader for a team that is in charge of building and sustaining a forecasting engine, consisting of deployable statistical and machine learning models, mostly for time series forecasting in the context of integrated business planning and beyond. They will work closely with process owners, product owners, and final business users.

Responsibilities

• Development of reusable analytical toolkits, ideally in the field of time series forecasting.
• Deliver production level analytic solutions.
• Use Statistical/ML techniques to solve supervised (regression, classification) and unsupervised problems (Random Forest/Decision Trees, XGBoost, LightGBM, etc.), and in particular time series forecasting (Time series, ARIMA, ARIMAX, Holts Winter, Regression analysis, etc.), hypothesis testing.
• Work on model explainability.
• Business storytelling and communicating data insights in business consumable format.

• solid experience with productionizing Data Science solutions
• experience of building distributed solutions (python, spark, Azure services)
