The Project Consists Of 2 Sub-projects

• One sub-project is a chat bot designed to enhance sales strategies, boost productivity, and improve customer interactions. It provides users with access to a wealth of collective knowledge from various sources, interactive and engaging training materials, hyper-relevant information, and instant support for everyday inquiries.
  
  

All of this is integrated into an intuitive chat interface that can be used during downtime, in-person sales, trade-in transactions, and store preparation/problem-solving, ensuring continuous learning and support.

• The other sub-project is an intelligent search system that helps users find the most suitable products tailored to their needs through natural language queries.
  
  

This system operates through three key components: recognizing user intent in natural language queries, retrieving relevant product-related articles, and generating customized headlines for each search.

Requirements

• Python
• Langchain
• GCP (Gemini)
• LLM applications development (RAG, Agents, tools, …)
• Prompt engineering
• Vector search (Vector databases - documents ingestion, performance tuning)
• B2+ in English
• Good communication skills.
