Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company’s human resources initiatives and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, processes, as well as the ability to handle multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolution on complex employee relations issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support and advise managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans. Assist in the implementation of employee training programs.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies. Serve as the point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- HR Reporting & Metrics: Analyze HR data and prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance trends.
- Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, enhance employee engagement, and promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Advanced level of English
