How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
• Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
• Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
• Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders
• Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices
• Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards
• Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus
  
  
  

What you need to know about this position:

The Analytics Team's role is to provide data and business insights to achieve the targets, catch opportunities and mitigate risks.

For this we have to ensure the "Data Driven Decision Making Process". Our way of work is always Consumer Centric, it's a dynamic position working with different areas from Souther Cone, from other BUs and from global team's.

You will be a key stakeholder in the definition of the strategy for the BU working with multiple data sources and suppliers. If you love to work with data and to have a direct impact on the business performance, don't doubt to apply.

Job specific requirements:

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills it's a MUST.
• Graduate or near to graduate from Economics field degree (Economist, Management, other) or similar.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• It's a plus to have knowledge about Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Enthusiasm, motivation and a new analytical perspective.
  
  
  

Work schedule:

Hybrid and flexible, commonly going to the office two days a week but could be needed for specific reasons to go one more day or one less.

We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury and Tang, and local jewels like Cerealitas, Terrabusi and Clight, among others. More than 2,600 wonderful people proudly work to make our delicious snacks at two production plants in Argentina: the Pacheco Plant in Buenos Aires Province, Villa Mercedes Plant in Villa Mercedes Province and our commercial offices located in San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province.
