Analytics Associate

ROLE PURPOSE

You will be responsible of the data management from media campaigns that we run for our cliente. That includes upload information to our systems, quality control of the data, keep the records updated, make reports, working with the internal teams ensuring input the data efficiently and on the timing required by the processes set.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

Accurately input media buy details, including budget information, media channels, campaign start/end dates and other relevant metrics, into PowerApps Dataverse.

Review and verify data provided in media buy documents to ensure accuracy before entering into the system.

Collaborate with Client Success team and other internal teams to ensure data is entered on time and meets team requirements.

Ensure all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner

Handle sensitive data securely, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.

Support the development of automated workflows or reports within PowerApps and Dataverse when required.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data entry or discrepancies in the system.

QUALIFICATIONS

0 to 1 year of professional experience.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, will be valued.

Accuracy in execution, quality control, and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Organizational skills and project management capabilities.

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to resolve and troubleshoot problems.

High level of integrity and self-motivation.

Ability to work with numbers and handling data.
