Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

  • The ideal candidate has experience in finance, decentralized finance (DeFi), or blockchain, along with strong UI/UX design skills and front-end development expertise.
  • You will be responsible for creating compelling designs that align with branding, ensuring website functionality, and optimizing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design creative and responsive web interfaces.
  • Develop visual imagery, layouts, and design elements that align with branding.
  • Design sample pages, including color schemes, typography, and graphic elements.
  • Implement functionalities and features into websites.
  • Ensure websites adhere to design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Maintain website appearance and enforce content standards.
  • Optimize websites for SEO, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness.
  • Conduct testing and improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Work with content management systems (CMS) to update and manage websites.
  • Communicate design ideas through user flows, wireframes, and site maps.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to enhance user experience.
  • Present design plans and website structures to stakeholders.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Web Designer.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, DeFi, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industries (preferred).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design software.

Technical Skills

  • front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
