Senior Fullstack Developer (Angular + Java/Node.js)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in Angular and either Java or Node.js on the backend (cloud) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application modules to be loaded into a mobile application. This role requires a deep understanding of web development technologies, experience with mobile (PWA) application development, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. You will have strong impact on our 1.5M+ monthly active users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust application modules using Angular for the front-end and either Java or Node.js for the back-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, iOS and Android developers, and DevOps engineers, to define and implement innovative solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing, optimization, and debugging.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services to support the front-end and facilitate communication between systems.
• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Provide technical guidance, training and mentorship to other developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development with a focus on Angular (TypeScript) for the front-end.
• Proficiency in either Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (Express) for back-end development.
• Experience with containerization and deploying into Cloud platforms (AWS – Azure or Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development, as well as integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Familiarity with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with performance tuning, profiling, and optimization for both front-end and back-end components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Open-source contributions or a strong GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects.
• Experience with serverless architectures and related technologies.
