Full-Stack Developer – Node.js - Go - AWS

🔍 Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus on Node.js/Go and AWS to join a growing tech team. You will be responsible for building scalable backend solutions, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

• Size & Structure: A 10-person tech team including DevOps, Data Engineers, Backend & Frontend Developers, and QA.

🎯 Technical Environment and Challenges

Core Stack: Node.js, Go, AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora ...), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Cloud Integrations (S3, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, Zoho, Teamleader)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications using AWS services.
• Build and optimize a microservices architecture for high performance and scalability.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Implement integrations with third-party platforms and payment systems.
• Contribute to system reliability, security, and performance improvements.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, adapting to evolving priorities.
• Languages: Proficient in English (French is a plus).

📍 Location & Working Model

• Hybrid work model with flexible remote options.
• Office located in Brussels, with 1+ day per week onsite recommended.
