What You Do
As Senior Development Lead Mobile Apps, you play a key role in the development of our mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
You work in a dynamic environment where you guide multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and testers. You translate our vision into technical solutions and ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of our apps.

You work in a dynamic environment where you guide multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and testers. You translate our vision into technical solutions and ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of our apps.
Responsibilities
- Guiding the mobile development teams and guiding them in technical growth.
- Developing and implementing innovative mobile solutions that are customer centric and scalable.
- Ensuring the quality and performance of mobile applications through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
- Collaborating with senior management, product managers and UX designers to translate user needs into functional applications.
- Innovating by staying updated on mobile technology trends and applying this knowledge.
- Ensuring an efficient CI/CD process for fast and error-free releases.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- At least 10 years of experience in native mobile app development, with expertise in both Android and iOS.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with cloud integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Firebase) and API development.
- Experience with programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, and frameworks like Ionic, Flutter or React Native are a plus
- Leadership experience in managing development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, and good understanding of the French language.
