UX/UI Designer

What you will do...

• Transform business requirements into user-centered designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align designs with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met, delivering inclusive, responsive designs across multiple platforms.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to gather feedback and achieve stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain a consistent design language and ensure usability standards are upheld across our product portfolio.
• Adapt to technical constraints and changing requirements, solving complex design challenges with a proactive mindset.

We'd love to meet someone with...

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate with Architects or Tech Leads to align designs with feasibility.
• Knowledge of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A problem-solving mindset and adaptability to refine designs based on feedback or evolving requirements.
• Sharp attention to detail, ensuring cohesive and high-quality designs across all user interfaces and workflows.
• Independence and initiative, with the ability to understand project needs and take ownership of your work without requiring constant guidance.
