My client is a specialist in developing and manufacturing sensors and systems for monitoring and measuring fill levels. They provide the latest technology in fuel management systems and solutions which allow our customers from the oil, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries to manage their businesses safely and efficiently.


The Product Manager will lead the assigned product line, ensuring that their products meet market requirements while maintaining a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving landscape. This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product success and enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Responsibility: Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable product solutions.
  • Product Scope and Pricing: Collaborate in defining product scope and develop pricing strategies that facilitate effective benchmarking against competitors, ensuring our offerings remain attractive and competitive.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement product portfolio strategies that align with company goals and respond to market demands, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the primary interface between customers, partners, and internal development teams.
  • Specifications and Features: Create detailed specifications for new product requirements and features.
  • Business Case Management: Prepare, present, and monitor business cases for development projects, assessing potential risks and returns on investment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a responsible strategic position.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product strategies.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
