Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevOps Engineer at Optum. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure automation. This role is primarily located in Letterkenny or Dublin but allows for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
