Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

PROJECT MANAGER

(the position is temporary for 1 year with possibility to extend the agreement)

Main Purpose Of The Role

Lead and manage IT projects to support the development and implementation of innovative solutions at Circle K. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, from planning to execution, while meeting key objectives for timelines, quality, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee IT projects (chatbot development, system integrations, process automation etc.) to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and post-project evaluations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations and goals.
  
  

Necessary Skills And Experience

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken to communicate with colleagues.
• Experience in managing IT projects or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Self-driven, proactive, and organized with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  
  

Advantages
