Data Analytics Engineering Trainee

EPAM Campus offers free training to help you learn Data Analytics Engineering and master popular data technologies for your career kickstart. Our program equips you with essential skills to use the power of data, transforming raw information into valuable insights that drive business growth.

Program Path & Stages


The program consists of two stages. The first one "Fundamentals stage" will last ~3 months and require ~12 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete one assigned task each week and have the opportunity to discuss questions with EPAM mentors during regular group Q&A sessions.

If you demonstrate good results and successfully pass a technical interview, you will advance to the "Specialization" stage, a ~4-month intensive learning phase with ~20 hours of weekly engagement.

While completing the training won't guarantee employment, it will provide you with the practical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to enter the profession confidently, whether at our company or in the broader market.

What You Have


English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher

Fluency in Lithuanian of C1 (Advanced) level and higher

Basic knowledge of Relational Database Management System (DBMS) theory

Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)

Familiarity with Python basics

Nice to have:


Degree from a technical university or other educational institution with a technical specialization

Experience in banking and technical spheres

Salary range €1-€2 gross, based on your experience and interview results.
