UX/UI Design Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Leading the UX/UI Design team for web and mobile products: building design processes, standards and methods; evaluation and improvement of performance, mentoring and knowledge sharing;
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure feasibility within existing constraints and alignment with expectations;
• Leading the UX/UI for the Wialon ecosystem development: goals, planning and concept;
• Audit and redesign of UI legacy, implementing design systems and modern guidelines;
• Leading regular design reviews, critiques, and ideation sessions for the team;
• Research and analysis of user flows, product metrics; improving usability and user experience;
• Competitor UX/UI analysis, brainstorming and validation of new ideas;
• Leading regular design reviews, critiques, and ideation sessions for the team;
• Independent work on key tasks for the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
• Proven expertise in designing for B2B products across web and mobile platforms;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards;
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and retionale, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations;
• Experience in creating and managing design systems;
• A proven track record of leading design projects from concept to delivery;
• Knowledge of front-end development processes and technologies is a plus;
• Spoken level of English and Russian.

Salary range 5000-6000 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
