What is needed in this role:

Marketing Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes. Key tasks include:
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
Managing timelines and budgets for marketing campaigns.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure cohesive messaging.
Overseeing the production of marketing materials.
Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments.
Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
Excellent Planning Skills: Exceptional ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently. This involves managing tight deadlines and multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency across all formats.
Ownership Mindset: Taking full responsibility and initiative for projects and results to meet business goals. This includes proactively identifying opportunities, driving projects to completion, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams effectively. This involves leading content creation teams, providing clear direction, and ensuring collaboration across different media formats.
