Assistant to Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support.

Event planning and coordination, including, workshops, and fairs.

Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.

Utilize Excel for various tasks.

Support project managers as needed.

Assist in controller function.

Analyse existing resources and efficiency of work.

Plan the optimal use of resources on the basis of needs and possibilities.

Organise short and medium term work, describe work processes for this purpose.

Guarantee the existence of the necessary resources to avoid delays caused by mistakes in resource planning.

Solve the problems that arise in relation to the use of resources.

Prepare reports, analyses and statistics.

Possibly organise and facilitate resource meetings.

Write and organize documents and power point slides for multiple purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Lithuanian would be plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

First-level higher education and relevant work experience is a plus.
