We are looking for a passionate Product Support Specialist to join our team.

What will you do:

• Act as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries;
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, including their features, use cases, and potential issues;
• Test new product features, updates, and bug fixes;
• Monitor and report support metrics to improve customer experience and product performance;
• Manage and oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful start;
• Develop, update, and maintain help articles, FAQs, and support guides;
• Collaborate with teams to streamline support, share insights, and shape the product roadmap
  
  
  

What we expect:

• Proven experience in product support or a related role;
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and teams;
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and data analysis skills;
• Ability to quickly learn product features, troubleshoot issues, and participate in product release testing;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
