We are looking for an experienced Product Manager in our seller services team in Luxembourg to innovate our Fees and Operations processes in the EU Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program.
Key job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Include
- Defining requirements to streamline the end to end Seller experience of charging fees.
- Working with Operations teams to define and implement new processes to collect information to determine fees.
- Scoping new requirements with tech teams across Fees, fulfillment and seller services to implement changes.
- Leading the seller engagement and adoption efforts to implement new changes.
- Lead reviews with senior leadership on these initiatives. The candidate will closely with product, tech, Operations, finance and legal teams to drive these initiatives,
- - Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Advanced Knowledge of SQL and VBA or willingness to learn
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Experience working with Tech teams
- Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience leading process improvements
- History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
