Product Manager (Digital Transformation)

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Orchestrate product development, ensuring products align with strategic objectives;
  • Digital Transformation;
  • Documentation and Stakeholder Engagement;
  • Innovation and Market Research;
  • Implement established frameworks and methodologies such as OKR, User Interviews, 6-pagers, Jobs-to-be-done, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Impact/Eff ort prioritization to ensure effi cient product development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management;
  • Will be valued technical background in software development and/or Platform Management (Digital Transformation);
  • Previous experience with Miro, Jira Software, Product Portfolio Management Tools (such as Productboard, Dragonboat, Product Plan, Jira Advanced Roadmap), Confluence, PowerBI (or other data analytics products), and Generative AI (ChatGPT or others).
