We’re looking for a Community Manager to join a growing meme token!

The Opportunity

As a Community Manager, you will be the voice of a growing meme token, engaging with the community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter. You’ll help grow and nurture the audience while maintaining the fun, quirky brand identity that defines the token. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of crypto culture, experience managing online communities, and an unparalleled enthusiasm for building relationships in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute an online community engagement strategy that aligns with the Token’s brand and mission.
• Manage and grow the Discord and Telegram communities, ensuring a vibrant and welcoming environment.
• Moderate content across forums, comments, and other communication channels to maintain a positive community experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to ensure the community is informed, excited, and aligned with key project milestones.
• Explore partnerships with influencers, crypto news outlets, communities, and other relevant audiences to expand the Token’s reach.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and community sentiment to proactively address potential challenges or opportunities.
• Host engaging community events, AMAs, and contests to deepen loyalty and participation.
  
  

About You

• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and meme coin culture.
• 2-4 years of experience in community management, social media, or growth roles, ideally within crypto or tech companies.
• Proven track record of hitting growth metrics and building active communities.
• Proficiency with community management tools and platforms, particularly Discord and Telegram.
• Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail.
• A self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, dynamic environment.
• Experience cultivating passionate user communities and driving adoption of new projects.
• Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
