Who Are We Looking For?

If you're a networking expert with solid experience in BGP, MPLS, Firewalls, ACI, and Load Balancers, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking an IP Network & Security Engineer to work on data center projects within a telecom operator.

Mandatory Requirements

🔹 Strong expertise in networking, with deep knowledge of BGP, MPLS, Firewalls, ACI, and Load Balancers.

🔹 Experience in network design, particularly for voice and data center projects.

🔹 Proficiency in routing, switching, and firewall configuration.

🔹 Hands-on Experience With

✔ Cisco ACI and ASR

✔ F5 Load Balancers

✔ Fortinet and Checkpoint Firewalls

🔹 Ability to work in a data center environment, integrating multiple platforms.

🔹 Previous experience in engineering teams.

🔹 Ability to integrate different services (IT, OSS, and others).

🔹 Basic security knowledge, considering security as a key aspect of the project while following established guidelines.

🔹 Problem-solving mindset, going beyond simple troubleshooting.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Design and implement network solutions for data center environments, ensuring compliance with security standards.

Define routing, switching, and firewall policies.

Integrate services across IT, OSS, and other platforms.

Collaborate with engineering and security teams to develop optimized and secure network solutions.

Perform corrective actions when needed.

Ensure best practices in network security and reliability, working alongside security specialists.

Nice To Have

🔹 Experience with data center monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios).

🔹 Basic understanding of network security principles (validation is handled by a dedicated security team).

🔹 Familiarity with network automation concepts.

🔹 Relevant Certifications

✔ Cisco (CCNP or higher – Routing & Switching, ACI)

✔ Fortinet (NSE4 or above)

✔ Checkpoint (CCSA/CCSE)

✔ F5 Load Balancers
