Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with proficiency in German to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about consulting, analysis, and working closely with customers, this role may be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning and consultation meetings with the analysts team.
• Actively engage in meetings with customers to understand their business needs, conduct consultations, and gather requirements.
• Contribute to the development and test process by helping define the application development concept.
• Deliver analyses (Functional Specification Documents) on time and with high quality.
• Provide Level 2 support, including troubleshooting, for in-scope applications.
• Collaborate with the client on administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, when needed.
• Evaluate new business requests and communicate with clients regarding requests, problems, etc.
• Support pre-handover and handover processes to the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) required.
• Fluency in German is mandatory.
• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with application development concepts and testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both internal teams and clients.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing Level 2 support.
