Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a senior Product designer:

Learning is one of the newest verticals. We believe that we are uniquely positioned to win this space, with our massive consumer and creator scale and global brand love. This will be the next big step change for the client after music, podcasts and audiobooks.

We recently launched video-based courses in the UK and are working on scaling the content and UX to deliver a truly game-changing product in the space of online learning.

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Product Design Consultant to join the Learning Mountain Bet and work alongside a world-class RnD team and senior functional leaders.

• Design excellence; You demonstrate deep understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them to create exceptional user experiences. You have a strong sense of visual design, content design, typography and layout and you consistently deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
• Growth and impact-minded; You can operate in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and know how to stay adaptable to changes and pivots – using change as an opportunity to grow.
• Experience with building AI-products; You have an understanding of AI products and the new paradigm that this technology unlocks. This is not a hard requirement, however you must be willing to build and hack with this technology to develop a POV and expertise over time.
  
  

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-end experience design for Learning; This includes multiple feature-sets across mobile and desktop platforms. You will set and uphold a high quality bar on everything we build and ship.
• Invent the future through rapid prototyping; You’ll leverage prototyping as a vehicle for exploring, testing and creating momentum for our forward-looking strategies and ideas.
• Bring a human-centric mindset in everything you do; You'll actively seek to understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of people we’re designing for. You'll be a champion for user-centered design principles, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and inclusivity in your work.
• Inspire and influence through compelling storytelling; You will leverage the power of stories, narratives, and strategic positioning artifacts to drive impactful change and alignment across the organization. You will communicate the vision, value, and purpose of your design solutions, inspiring stakeholders and fostering a shared understanding.
• Be ultra-collaborative; You’ll work everyday in deep-partnership with tech, product, and insights colleagues to brainstorm, build and drive the project forward.
