Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (MS degree is a plus),
• At least 8+ years of experience in IT industry.
• A proven track record as a software development, including 5+ years of technical experience as a developer, using Java or C#, object-oriented development, and design.
• Through understanding of client, web and cloud application architectures,
• Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, cross browser coding, responsive/adaptive user interfaces,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
• Firm understanding of software development principals (DevOps, Cloud, Containers, Microservices, OO Design, MVC, Design Patterns, Web Services, SOA, Software Quality, SOLID)
• Experience in developing/architecting scalable, robust and high-quality, high-volume mass market web (mobile IOS / Android is a plus) applications,
• Experience in improving performance in all tiers of software (DBMS, Middleware, Client),
• Superb analytical skills,
• Team player who builds success together,
• Ability to produce detailed design documentations,
• Solid communication skills,
• Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to make behavioral changes based on feedback,
• An ability to desire to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamically changing environment
• High creativity,

In this role, you will

• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team
• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions.
• Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed.
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in software development/implementation projects as technical architect to ensure that the solution suits to the Pegasus software standart and quality requirements.
• Integration of software products/services.
