Full Stack Developer – Headless Magento (Adobe Commerce) + React

Join our team to build a headless Magento (Adobe Commerce) platform driven by a React front end. You will be responsible for creating a robust, high-performance e-commerce solution designed for multi-region, multi-currency scenarios. Your role will span server-side Magento configurations, API integrations, and crafting engaging React interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Headless Magento Development

• Configure and customize Magento (Adobe Commerce) to support multi-region, multi-currency operations.
• Implement and optimize Magento APIs (GraphQL/REST) to enable real-time data access for the front end.
• Handle third-party integrations for payments, shipping, inventory, and ERP/PIM systems.

2. React Front-End Creation

• Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces in React, integrating seamlessly with Magento APIs.
• Ensure a cohesive, user-centric experience by collaborating with designers on UI/UX best practices.
• Optimize front-end performance, implementing techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and caching.

3. E-commerce Performance & Scalability

• Leverage caching, load balancing, and microservices to support large volumes of concurrent traffic.
• Monitor and fine-tune Magento and React applications for speed, reliability, and fault tolerance.

4. Security & Compliance

• Follow secure coding standards to comply with PCI-DSS and other relevant e-commerce regulations.
• Implement data privacy measures, including encryption and safe handling of customer information.

5. Collaboration & Process

• Work closely with QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain effective communication and rapid iteration cycles.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with evolving Magento and React ecosystems, introducing new tools or practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Contribute to code reviews and documentation, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications • Experience

• 5+ years in full stack web development, including Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) and React.
• Demonstrated track record delivering headless e-commerce solutions with integrated front-end frameworks.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Magento’s architecture, including custom module development and REST/GraphQL endpoints.
• Advanced knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Familiarity with server-side optimizations, caching mechanisms (Redis, Varnish), and CDN configurations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

Domain Expertise

• Understanding of high-volume e-commerce principles: cart/checkout, payment gateways, multi-region catalog management.
• Insight into performance tuning, A/B testing, and conversion optimization for global storefronts.

• Solid communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting progress to stakeholders.
