Primary purpose of the role
The HR Administrator is the first point of contact for HR-administration related queries (HR
documents, benefits, time & attendance) from all employees, including contractors and external partners (payroll provider, local authorities) and will be responsible to ensure that all
documents/policies are maintained in line with legal regulations and as per company local and
regional policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
● Responsibility for keeping, recording and archiving all employee documentation in line with
legal requirements and as per company processes set-up
● Supporting HR processes (local recognition program, service awards) in terms of documents
preparation and communication with employees
● Preparing and compiling various HR reports, summaries and documentation
● Supporting HR benefits administration and supporting employees in solving their queries
related to benefits
● Support in preparation of necessary documentation for internal and external audits and for
any authorities
● Ongoing cooperation with payroll provider in terms of on time and complete HR data and
documents exchange
● Supporting HR function in delivering data for necessary and required statutory and business
reporting
● Tracking and processing HR-related invoices in cooperation with Finance
● Coordination of the process of internal global compliance trainings for all employees
● Daily cooperation with HR Generalist to ensure end-to-end efficient process delivery
● Close cooperation with all HR team members within Poland and across EMEA
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
● At least 2 years proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant,
personnel administration or relevant role
● Good understanding of local labour law and other regulations regarding employee
documentation (personal files)
● Feeling comfortable to learn new HR systems & tools (knowledge of Workday will be an
additional asset)
● Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular; practical knowledge of Excel is a
must)
● Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize own work
● Ability to work in matrix organisation and with high level of interaction with regional HR team
● Team player, easily adapting to changing circumstances
● Very good communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliable and self-driven, customer focused, delivering high quality results
● University degree/diploma
● Good and communicative English level B1
