Accountant with French

Introduction

As an Accountant, you will be part of French P2P Team responsible for Travel & Expenses process and backup for vendor queries help desk.

You will have direct contact with the client and will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your role and responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Performing daily tasks with focus on quality and key metrics such as: T&E audit in Concur, payment verification, employee/vendor queries management, analysis of the accounts
• Reporting and process documentation
• Following and understanding the last changes in the spent policies of the client
• Working Agile way, constant searching for improvement and taking part in the Team projects

Requirements

• Experience in P2P E2E process would be an asset (inv processing, vendor help desk, MEC tasks, reporting)
• Ability to work with client in fast changing environment. Role exposed to the contact with the client in French language.
• Ability to solve problems and think creatively
• Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent communication with IBM and client management on status and risks
• Fluent French, very good English - ability to answer calls and participate/manage the meetings in French and English
• Good Excel knowledge would be an asset
• Ability to work in team environment with focus on Agile and multicultural environment
• Very good organization, independence and very good eye to the details
