Smart Contract Developer (3-month Remote contract)

About the role:

We're seeking an experienced Smart Contract Developer with deep expertise in Solana and/or SUI/Aptos smart contract development to join the blockchain development team, of a technology firm specialising in blockchain-based investment infrastructure. The role focuses on developing and implementing secure bridging capabilities between different blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust smart contracts for cross-chain bridging functionality using MOVE/Rust
• Implement and customised chain native tokens
• Perform thorough testing of smart contract code
• Collaborate with cross-chain integration teams to ensure seamless bridge operations

Required Skills:

• Previous work on production bridge implementations
• Proven experience developing Solana and or SUI/Aptos smart contracts in Rust (Solana) MOVE (SUI/Aptos)
• For Solana strong understanding of Token Extensions
• Deep knowledge of cross-chain bridge architecture and security considerations
• Proficiency in blockchain security best practices
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for smart contracts

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Cosmos, etc.)
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and zero-knowledge proofs
