About Applications Development at UPS Technology:

Our Application Development teams use their expertise in programming languages and software design to develop next-generation technology. They are responsible for developing the applications which track and move up to 38 million packages in a single day (4.7 billion annually). This team works closely with all of our customers to build innovative technologies that are customized to drive our business and provide the ultimate customer experience. As a member of the applications development family, you will help UPS grow and provide valuable services across the globe.

About this role:

The Agile Coach will be responsible for:

• With an agile mindset, get a good understanding of the (yearly) budget.
• Recruit resources, including resources from vendors, according to budget and competence need.
• Onboard new resources, including arranging hardware, licenses, VM’s.
• Maintain resource pool aligned to technology & product roadmap.
• Organize training to enhance competences.
• Deploy the engineering and the management processes.
• Appraise resources, including invoice approval.
• All SAFe ceremonies to observe resources.
• Has experience on managing Testing Automation projects.
• Has worked and delivered projects using Agile methodology.
• Ability to resolve conflicts.
• Experience to negotiate and arrive in mutual agreements.
• Facilitate and look for growth opportunity for everyone not only salary but also assign them to the appropriate squad where they can find the balance and display the strength.
• Activates their skills, helps them to perform better, learn and reach new heights.
• Joining conferences, attending meetups and stand unbiased during conversions.
• He/She oversees the team’s results, including quality of work, timeliness, and meeting budgetary goals.
