Work model: Remote

Project Scope: The role involves leading a global DevOps team, and managing all stages of the DevOps lifecycle, including planning, coding, building, releasing, deploying, monitoring, and operations. The primary task is coordinating efforts between the global DevOps team and smaller site-specific teams to develop and implement breakthrough Digital Performance Management (DPM) solutions. Key technologies include DataOps, PTC, JavaScript, and SQL. The software produced will be deployed across 10+ sites, supporting over 50 teams, and will encompass vital manufacturing data related to safety and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a global DevOps team, coordinating with smaller site-specific DevOps teams to deliver DPM solutions for multiple sites.
• Oversee all stages of the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring the smooth transition from planning to operation.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, primarily in EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment and efficient project execution.
• Implement best practices and utilize tools like JIRA for team coordination and progress tracking.
• Ensure that the software developed meets manufacturing environment performance, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a TechLead managing global DevOps teams.
• Strong expertise in DevOps processes, including planning, coding, building, releasing, deploying, monitoring, and operating.
• Experience working with DataOps, JavaScript, SQL, and PTC technologies.
• Proven experience in leading software deployments across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with JIRA and other DevOps tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate (C1) level.
• Ability to work across time zones, especially EMEA and APAC regions.
