Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new raw meat products, managing the process from initial concept to final production.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer preferences and emerging trends in the meat industry.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure products are feasible, meet quality standards, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source premium ingredients and materials.
• Create detailed product specifications, covering taste profiles, cooking methods, and presentation guidelines.
• Test and refine recipes and production processes to ensure optimal flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Oversee product launches, ensuring they align with marketing strategies and brand messaging.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
• Monitor the performance of new products, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Skills:
