About the Role

StormGeo is now looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and industry-experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing & Communications Team. You will partake in the strategic and operational product marketing efforts related to our shipping portfolio (s-Suite) globally and have the opportunity to implement innovative concepts within the team. You will also be closely working with our product and domain teams to support the development of our cutting-edge software solutions that help you “navigate tomorrow – today.”

This role can be based in Oslo, Athens, Bergen, Hamburg, or Vilnius, with flexibility for hybrid work where applicable. When applying, please submit both your resume and a cover letter outlining your motivation and relevant experience for this role.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate StormGeo’s product marketing plans and global campaigns related to your shipping product portfolio
• Understand the shipping industry and how industry transformation, regulations, and collaborations impact your solution messaging
• Understand audience and persona profiles and support activity with the right value messaging and channel recommendations
• Create and implement product launch campaigns and always on initiatives, and work closely with domain experts and regional marketing managers on successful go-to-market initiatives
• Create and support the development of product collaterals, sales kits, web content, product promotions, and social media messaging
• Initiate client surveys and interviews to consolidate feedback for input on the product roadmap
• Support market and competitor landscape screening
• Run dedicated webinars and support the production of video material to showcase your products and features
• Work closely with the global marketing team, drive and assist in planning and executing various marketing projects

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience; experience and knowledge from the shipping industry are highly beneficial
• University degree in marketing or communication or relevant to the position
• Proven track record with product/solution launches and client feedback loops
• Experience working with marketing automation software (Hubspot) and CMS is essential; survey tools, and/or graphic design software is beneficial
• Fluency in English; other language capabilities are a plus
