Business Analyst

InnoWave is looking for a Business Analyst with good communication skills and detail-oriented. In this position you will gather and analyze data, while working closely with a cross-fucntional team to identify opportunities and help develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, processes and systems to identify problems and opportunities for improvement
• Anticipate possible challenges and proactively propose solutions
• Propose alternatives and evaluate trade-offs with different approaches
• Breakdown complex problems into smaller and manageable parts
• Conduct meetings and build relationships with the stakeholders
• Work closely with all the team members in a collaborative and helpful environment.
  
  
  

Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of the Energy or Logistics sector
• Innovative thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
