🔎We are looking for a Business Analyst

MAIN TASKS:

• Conduct detailed analysis of current reporting systems and structures
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Align business requirements with official regulations (EMIR, MIFIR, MAS, HKMA)
• Develop specifications for system improvements and solutions
• Collaborate with counterparts to propose and implement aligned solutions
• Create comprehensive test plans for new or improved systems
• Build strong relationships with users during requirement gathering, specification validation, and testing phases (SIT/UAT)
• Drive the SIT/UAT process, ensuring accurate validation and functionality of solutions

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Expertise in banking operations and financial regulations
• Strong understanding of derivatives and financial products
• Ability to document processes, workflows, and systems
• Proficient in creating test plans and executing SIT & UAT
• Agile and waterfall project management experience
• Experience with banking tools (AAA, Kondor+, MarginMan, Olympic, Eurex)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Some French notions.
• Hybrid role based in Lisbon.
