Data Analyst

LOCATION: Warsaw (hybrid model)

What You Will Do

As our Data Analyst you will be responsible for the conception, development and maintenance of the integrated data sources, reports and dashboards which are currently being created and used. In this position you cooperate with other teams across the organization to align data and tools development according to company's data strategies. You will capture business requirements to meet analysis and to ensure that all business teams are able to perform properly. In addition, your job includes:

• Build reports and dashboards dedicated for Management Board as well as supporting daily operations
• Take a part in new integrations, including business processes analysis, transformations of the data (in cooperation with developers) and final visualization of the results
• Support operational processes with hard data, analysis and insights
• Revisions of currently presented scope of data and improvements' implementation
• Recognize and incorporate new and creative ways to improve our day-to-day business with focus on efficiency and scalability
  
  

What You Bring In

• Relevant professional experience in a similar area
• Power BI & DAX & SQL & MS Excel knowledge
• Working experience in Analysis Services | Data Factory | Databricks as a strong asset
• Understanding of data warehouse or other large data sources
• Problem solving attitude: ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources and to present ideas in a user-friendly language with easy going communication
• Outstanding organizational skills with focus on an effective time management and excellent in problem-solving with a very good analytical thinking
• Willingness to understand/support the business and ability to explore and investigate (both top-bottom and bottom-top, helicopter view and details based)
• Very good English skills
