💼 Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Investment Software Development: Develop, test, and deploy robust and efficient software solutions that support investment operations, including trading platforms, risk management systems, and portfolio management tools.

🔹 System Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that cater to a wide range of investment products and services.

🔹 Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, compliance teams, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure software solutions meet financial and operational requirements.

🔹 Performance Optimization: Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure that systems can handle large-scale data processing and high transaction volumes.

🔹 Code Quality and Documentation: Maintain high standards for code quality, reviewing code from junior engineers, and ensuring comprehensive documentation for all systems and features built.

🔹 Security & Compliance: Ensure that investment software solutions comply with regulatory standards and adhere to industry best practices in terms of data security, encryption, and privacy.

🔹 Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative team culture, providing guidance on best practices, and helping to level up the team's technical skills.

🔹 Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering and financial technology (FinTech), bringing innovative ideas to the table and driving continuous improvement.

🤩 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  
  

✅ Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of building scalable software solutions, ideally in the financial or investment technology sector.
  
  

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with financial data systems, market APIs, and trading platforms is a plus.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  
  

✅ Knowledge in Investments:

• Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment processes, and trading systems.
• Familiarity with market microstructures, portfolio optimization algorithms, or algorithmic trading would be highly desirable.
  
  

✅ Regulatory Awareness:

• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in financial services (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III) is a plus, with a focus on compliance in software design.
  
  

✅ Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to solve complex software and investment-related challenges.
